Vintager Barker Ellis English Regency Silver Plated Sugar Basket Award w/ Cobalt Blue Glass Liner. Item engraved "Berlinger Shoot Dbls 1968-69" and raised on paw feet. Circa Mid 20th Century. Measurements: 6" H x 4.5" W x 3.75" D.
