WHERE ARE WE LOCATED? 

Our warehouse is located in Philadelphia, PA 19124. We are available by appointment only for showings and pickups Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri from 9am - 4pm.

HOW DOES FREIGHT SHIPPING WORK?

For larger furniture and fragile items, a shipping base rate of $299 per item applies within a 1000 mile radius of zip code 19124. Additional fees may apply for delivery zip codes beyond this radius and you will need to contact us to confirm. Please make sure to select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. 

HOW LONG DOES FREIGHT SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery is approximately 3-6 weeks but can be much sooner at times (and varies by carrier). We will be sure to let you know once picked up and the assigned shipper will contact you after pick up to coordinate delivery.

TRACK MY FREIGHT DELIVERY? 

You may reach out to the shipper directly by way of the shipping confirmation email that you will receive after your purchase. In that email, you will find the shipper's email address and phone number (text to track).  Please keep in mind, the original estimated timeframe of approximately 3-6 weeks. 

DO YOU OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING?

Absolutely! Standard shipping is available for smaller items via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note, outbound shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. You may submit your return request by contacting us here. 

If item is damaged while in transit, the shipper has the option to repair the item or a full refund will be issued in the case of a total loss. 

TAXES

As of July 1, 2019 Pennsylvania is among the states that is required to collect the applicable sales tax on all purchases. Please refer to your state’s tax rules to determine the appropriate tax rate. You may also add your desired item to your cart and enter in your delivery details to determine what taxes will be. If your order is charged sales tax, you can be certain it is only due to the requirements of your delivery state here.
