Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note, outbound shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. You may submit your return request by contacting us here.
Damaged In Transit
We work with third-party carriers who are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. In cases of damage, the carrier may opt to repair the item or issue a full refund if it is a total loss. Therefore, we ask that you work directly with the carrier to resolve any damage claims. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
Refunds
For non-damaged items, we’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
