Agreement Terms & Conditions

Please be sure to review all information below carefully and entirely. 
Carrier is responsible for any damage occurred during transit.
In the event of damage during transit, the carrier is responsible for resolving the issue, including coordinating repairs to the customer’s satisfaction and/or providing appropriate compensation. Please work directly with the customer to reach a timely resolution, ideally within 30 days, and keep them informed throughout the process.
In the rare case of a total loss, the carrier is responsible for covering the cost of the item and any shipping fees incurred.
Carrier agrees to obtain the customer/recipient signature and delivery photos as proof of delivery. Please use the QR code on the provided delivery confirmation page to submit this. Alternatively, you may send all images to 215-300-0113 or shipping@qualityiskeydecor.com. Payment is provided upon receipt of delivery confirmation.
