: Black vinyl upholstered seat (originally cane), turn carved legs, marked "N.W.F. FT. Atkinson Warranted." Made by Northwestern manufacturing of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Very good antique condition being structurally sound with age appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. Originally had cane seat. Plywood to underside of seat has cracks and can stand to be replaced Overall very nice. Please review all images as they are considered part of the item description.
