(1) Armchair: 35" H x 21" W x 18" D x 18" Seat height.
Condition: Replaced upper rail to armchair (see image 6). Rattan rope cord replaced at various stages over the years with variations and minor damage as pictured. Other minor damage to wood trim. Structurally sound. Overall very nice. Please review all images as they are considered part of the item description.
