"Part of a series of striking pieces designed by Adolfo Natalini, this secretary desk was entirely made in cherrywood with a dark finishing. The collapsible desk hides an ample shelved space, while the bottom consists of four storage or display areas resting on a plinth base. The uniqueness of this piece is in the two slender legs, which support the desk when opened, and connects with the rest of the structure with two exquisite bronze sculptures representing two hands holding on a stick." Comes with working lock and key. Hand sculptures reminiscent of the works of Andre Arbus. Desk measures 47" H x 33" W x 23" D. 31.5" Deep with drop front down. Drop front writing surface approx 30.5" H. The current production version of this desk retails for $18,320. Circa Late 20th Century.

Sun fading to original finish at the front and rear. Minor dings to drop down surface. Good vintage condition being structurally sound with age appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. Overall very nice. Please review all images as they are considered part of the item description.
