Details: Engraved: "To Francis Biddle, Attorney General of the United States, 1941-1945, from his friends and admirers in the Federal Prison Service." "B" etched monogram to center, raised on 3 ornate feet, scrollwork etched center.
Age: Early to Mid 1900s
Measurements: 1" H x 12" Diameter
Condition: Very good antique condition being structurally sound with age appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. Overall very nice. Please review all images as they are considered part of the item description.
