Age: Mid 20th Century
Measurements: 45.5" H x 24" W x 26.5" D x 19" Seat height x 23.5" Arm height
Condition: Good antique condition being structurally sound with age appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. Loss to wood on arm (see pics 7 & 8). Stains and wear to fabric. To be reupholstered. Overall very nice. Please review all images as they are considered part of the item description.
